- Please present your PRIME + Membership Card before using any services.
- PRIME + Membership Card discounts are valid at Bangkok Hospital Headquarters, Royal Phnom Penh Hospital and Royal Angkor International Hospital. Complementary Health Check-Up is available at Bangkok Hospital Headquarters and accordingly to voucher issue hospital name.
- All benefits and rights are reserved only for specified member on the issued card.
- PRIME + Membership Card is applied only to cash payment (including credit cards).
- In case of losing card or re-changing names of members, please contact membership counter, Bangkok Hospital Headquarters or Royal Phnom Penh Hospital to reissue the card. The fee is 100 THB or at Hospital in Cambodia (RPH & RAH) is 3 USD.
- If the issued card needs to be revoked for any reason, The Hospitals reserves the right for not giving any refunds.
- All health benefits and privileges of membership card cannot be used in combination with other packages and promotions.
