  • To provide cashless service to patients who cover by medical insurance
  • Provide service through patients who need to hospitalization
  • Inform estimate cost of admission and procedure to patients who need hospitalization
  • Keep patients informs about the process of insurance
  • Verify guarantee letter to identify covered and uncovered item.
  • Receiving inquiries and obtain information for cashless service from customers, vistor and other interested parties.
  • To provide information regarding to activities conducted at establishment
